The Climbing Peg Board is made from top quality birch wood. Each set includes one 4cm thick board (130cm tall x 30cm wide) and 4 premium grip-friendly 30mm wood dowel rods.

The peg board is a popular tool for upper body training. With 21 staggered holes and a 1.3m total distance travelled on the peg board, it provides a challenging workout. It comes with 4 bored holes for mounting, and mounting hardware is provided. 

The full unit weighs 10kg.

It can be mounted vertically or horizontally. Vertically provides a straightforward movement pattern training while horizontal mounting will be more challenging to move sideways. Mounting sideways is suitable for a gym or home with space constraints.
