Hangboard Base Board

• Ease of wall installation of 4 hex bolts at fixed locations rather than multiple screws and plastic wall plugs
• 20 t-nuts to add your own handholds
• 2 eye-bolt to attach suspension trainers, ab straps etc.
• Recommended to install above door or on horizontal concrete beam 
• Dimensions of base board: 80cm x 30cm

Frame

• The frame is ideal if mounting directly onto wall so that the hips and other body parts have some clearance from the wall.
• We custom fabricate the frame in our workshop in Singapore.
• The default distance is 40cm, but we can shorten it as a customised service for $20 per frame.
