Both hard foam plyo box comes with an internal concrete block to provide stability with its weight within the foam. Hence, over time, there could be stone fragments which break within the casing. During use, do not throw or toss the box, as that may cause the concrete block to break with time. It is not meant to be double stacked, or used for other unintended purposes.

The big version weighs 30kg while the small version weighs 17kg. This allows it to have a higher stability compared to other boxes which is made of pure foam.
