How to Track Your Order

Delivery: We typically deliver on Tuesdays and Fridays (unless it is a public holiday). We will whatsapp you at least 1-2 days before to let you know when we will deliver your order.

Courier: Please refer to the guide below. We typically will prep and ship out your order within 1-2 working days.

1. Do drop us a whatsapp message for the tracking number if you want to check the delivery status of your parcel.

2. Visit https://www.qxpress.net/Customer/PopupTraceParcels?TrackingNo= key in the tracking number and you can keep track of your parcel.
