Orders to Malaysia & Indonesia

Payment Terms

Telegraphic Transfer (TT)/Bank Transfer to our bank account. We do not accept Paypal or Credit Card for overseas order. All payment must be made in full before we proceed to send the package.

Why we do not accept Paypal. International fraud happens. Chargeback are common even though we have done our part as a seller.

Why must full payment be received before we send out the order. Sometimes, buyers do not fulfil their end of the promise. We also do inform customers that they need to instruct their bank or select "Applicant to bear all fees" but yet they don't. And hence, not the full amount is received.

How to Order

1. Drop us an email at hello@movementfirst.sg with the following information:

• 1. Name
• 2. Country
• 3. Address
• 4. Postal Code
• 5. Contact Number
• 6. Items wanted & quantity
• 7. Any special request, if any.

2. We will reply you with a price breakdown of the items and the final total price including shipping costs.
3. We will send you our bank details when you have confirmed your order.
4. When we have received your payment, we will send out your order. The tracking number will also be made known to you. 
We send orders to Malaysia and Indonesia by Aramex Logistics Company.
5. You should receive your order in 5 working days.
