Featuring a 5cm x 7cm centre column and 14-gauge steel construction, coupled with a new and improved high-density 6.5cm thick Neoprene pad, and a pair of steel reinforcements for maximized stability.

It come with 7 adjustable positions: Decline all the way for your declined bench press to 90 degrees for your strict military press. The bottom pad can also be adjusted at 3 angles. With a European-inspired single leg design at the base, it allows you complete freedom on foot positioning during your bench press.
