Glute Ham Developer (GHD) [Pre-order]

Our GHD provides comfort, access, stability, and ease of use for you.

1) Safe Entry and Exit with our Step Plate: The large standing plate makes it easy to get in and out safely. 

2) Stability: It weighs 65kg and 160cm in length. This GHD is built to be sturdy during intense use.

3) Moving and Storing: With the wheels, hold the band pegs, stand up, and easily move the GHD anywhere else in the gym.

4) Foot Plate: The foot plate is bigger than normal to allow heel-to-toe connection to target the calves, hamstrings and glutes.

5) Comfort: With huge foam pads at the front and the back, the linear bearing footplate is capable of 9 front/back adjustments as well as 4 up/down adjustments so that it is suitable for both tall and short athletes.

6) Band Pegs: Power bands can be attached to the hooks for added resistance.

Holes at the base are provided so you can bolt into the ground if required.
