The gloves are fitted with silicone surface padding and grooves for extra grip. They are designed to be durable and protect your hands from calluses. Wrist wraps will provide extra wrist support as they are reinforced with extra padding which will protect wrists especailly during exercises that involve negative lifts.

How to measure size of palms: Take a measuring tape and loop it around the palm, not including the thumb, just below the knuckles as shown in the image.
