Movement First's hangboards are made from beech wood with very fine textures. This material makes it very comfortable to use as it is smooth and will not hurt the fingers unlike fibreglass hangboards.
The holds are radiused and are of different depths to train anyone from beginner to expert users.
Beginner Hangboard is recommended for users who have less than 2 years climbing experience - climbing 5a to 7a.
Advance Hangboard has smaller crimps and steeper slopers, and are suitable for those who are experience climbers, so buy with care.
We recommend installing this above a doorway to allow space for movement.
